What to Write About
Useful things to send:
- A product you'd like me to test. If multiple readers ask about the same category, it goes on the roundup shortlist.
- Disagreement with a ranking. If you own one of the products I reviewed and your experience differs, tell me. I update posts when readers surface something I missed.
- Long-term ownership reports. Bought a product I recommended six months ago? I'd love to hear how it's holding up.
- Corrections — typo, broken link, wrong spec, missing alternative. Anything factual that I can fix in the next post update.
What I Can't Help With
- Press releases or product-pitch emails. They go straight to archive.
- Free-product-for-positive-review offers. The site doesn't do that. If a brand wants me to test a product, I either pay retail or I pass.
- Backlink exchanges or SEO "partnerships." Editorial independence is the only thing this site has going for it.
Response Time
I usually reply within 2-3 days, sometimes longer if I'm in the middle of testing a roundup. If your message is time-sensitive (a product recall, a serious error in a post), mark it urgent in the subject line and I'll prioritize.
